Phyllis Narcomey

1st Assistant Director, Director, Camera Operator, Screenwriter

Phyllis is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma. She is an activist and uses her talent as a documentary filmmaker to capture tribal language revitalization, education of indigenous cultures, and justice for indigenous people. She is also sought after for her storytelling ability. A gifted storyteller who incorporates her Comanche and Seminole tribal roots as a screenwriter. Her varied talents also include a keen business acumen as a grant writer and educator. She holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma and MBA from Northeastern State University. She recently received her Certificate of Mastery for Digital Cinema Production from Oklahoma City Community College.
